SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHICTECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW Description of review activities, results, and conclusions: Review of HPO quad maps, HPO GIS information,historic designations roster,and indexes was undertaken on August 11, 2016. Based on this review,the Area of Potential Effects, which is 75' from the centerline each way from end to end of project, and extends 125' from the centerline at the intersection of each road. The project area was surveyed in 1981,and again in 2005 through the Georgia DOT as part of their project to improve SR69. Three properties were determined eligible for National Register listing at that time.A re-assessment of properties over fifty years of age was necessary as the report is over ten years of age and it appears one of the eligible properties my no longer be extant. A survey was conducted in October 2016. There are no newly eligible properties within the APE. The Orville Lee Hall farm is no longer extant(CY0026),however the McClure Farm (CY0028)and the Cherry Farm(CY0027)are and retain integrity. They remain eligible for National Register listing.An effects assessment is required.
