Good afternoon Mr. Bricker.
I have received the NPDES NCG080000 Stormwater Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Rocky Mount facility.
The first thing I do is verify that the owner/operator has an "Active" status with the North Carolina Secretary of State
(NCSOS).
Attached is a copy of the report for FFE Transportation Services. They are dissolved.
Is there a parent company that is registered with NCSOS? If so, please correct page 1 part 1 of the NOI and include the
name of the legally responsible individual.
Please email me the page and send the original to my attention.
Once received I will begin the application workflow.
