Sandra Craft's cooperation during the site visit was much appreciated. Please advise the staff involved with this NPDES Permit by forwarding a copy of the enclosed repot. The main area of concern is that at the time of the inspection the facility did not have a copy of the 2016 Annual Report. Once the Annual report please send me a copy for review via email.
