Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 10-20-20 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

Per your letter the 8-27-20 Fecal Coliform sample exceeded the daily limit of 25 mg/L
with a 37 mg/L. The previous sample taken on 8-12-20 was <1 #/100mL so the monthly
limit averaged within limits. A daily maximum cannot be corrected by further sampling.

The chlorine residual on 8-27-20 was 1.28 mg/L, so the fecal should have been
compliant. We continue to monitor the tablet chlorine feed rate and monitor the contact
chamber clarity.
