This letter is to advise you that review of the subject project has been placed on hold until
the US Army Corps of Engineers has made a determination on whether this project is eligible for
a Nationwide 39 Permit. If, after they receive your final plans, the Corps decides that a NW 39 is
applicable, the Division of Water Quality will have no input to the project.
