North Carolina Department of Transp6i-Gi9n4NCDOT) regarding a potential future requirement for Department of the Army.(DA) authorization to discharge dredged or fill material into waters of the United States associated with the proposed A0009C project that extends along US 129, NC 143 and NC 28 from Robbinsville to Stecoah in Graham County North Carolina. In response to this application, the Corps has released a Public Notice which is available on the Wilmington District Web Site at https:Th.vww.saw.usace.army.mil/Missions/Regulatory-Permit-Program/Public-Notices/ The Corps Action ID for this project is SAW=2009-01346. Written comments will be received by the Corps until 5pm, October 22, 2020.
