Hope you are doing well Lia. Attached are the site plans, maps and initial interest form for the 1910
sedwick road Durham site. This is an existing office complex that is constructing a Verizon fuel tank
in the area of concern- south property line. It looked to me like it is a ditched isolated intermittent
stream. However, I had to go out there the day after a large storm went through due to my schedule.
About 300' below it completely goes away into a very flat (wetland) area. I'll have some bug spray
with me since the mosquitoes were bad within the woods. Thanks and please let me know when we
could meet out there. Its 1.3 miles south of 1-40 on NC-55.
