Condition 13 of 401 Water Quality Certification No. 3771 (DWQ #2008-0868) issued to PCS
Phosphate January 15, 2009, requires that DWQ be notified in writing at least one month in
advance of biological sampling so DWQ biologists can accompany PCS biologists as needed.
This letter is to advise you that the target dates for biologists from CZR Incorporated to conduct
the annual NCPC stream benthic sampling are June 1-3.
