This office has reviewed your Private Facilities permit application(s) and is authorizing -the
building of the structure(s) subject to the following conditions;
on fie construction of the facility must be completed as described in the approved
application and within twelve (12) months from the date of this approval.

because not all applications are submitted with plans that are drawn to scale, the
applicant must ensure that (1) the structure described in the Application does not Mend
beyond 113 the distance of the cove or one hundred and twenty feet (including any
moored watercraft); (2) facilities roust be situated or constructed in size, dimension, or
design such that an average -size moored watercraft will not interfere with access to
other permitted facilities and not obstruct ingress and egress of watercraft or extend
across projected property lines; (3) facilities roust provide a clear maneuvering area
between the farthermost portion of the facility (including any moored watercraft) and
the opposite shoreline or any existing permitted. facility; and: (4) the structure roust not
exceed the maxmum allowed square -footage defined by the minimum shoreline
requirements.
Note: Permitm must immediately notify Duke and stop all work N historical or
archeological resource are discovered during the implementation of an authorized project.
Please note: This approval does not approve electrical service on dock or piers. Lot owners should contact
their county Buildings and Codes office for electrical service requirements and/or restrictions. Some
counties may restrict submersible pumps in the lakes.
