The project consists of replacement of the existing 8.3'x 6.7'x 16'culvert
on Pinedell Avenue with a new double 10'x 8'x 60'precast concrete box
culvert and the addition of a second travel lane. Standard construction and
pipe installation equipment such as cranes, excavators, dump trucks,and
similar vehicles will be used for the project.
