The project consists of the construction of necessary infrastructure to provide access and utilities to the site in order to be able to market the site for potential businesses to build on the site to provide job creation and additional tax base. The proposed lot layout is conceptual, as the final lot sizes and configurations will be dependent on the end users. However, all impacts necessary for access to 5 lots have been addressed.
