approving the release of stream credits from the Dowell Woods stream mitigation
site of the Ncu-Con Wuland and Strewn Umbrella Mitigation "Batik sponsored by
EBX and (iii) the NC DWQ approving the release or bufl,61 "credits ftotn the
riparian. isuffer mitigation site of the EBX TJeusc Riparian Buffer Umbrella
Mitigation bank sponsored by EBX.
