It looks like a small part of the screened in porch will encroach into Zone 2. How many square feet is that amount in Zone 2? Thanks! Stephanie Z. Zone 1 is measured 30 feet from the top of the stream bank, and Zone 2 is measured from 30 feet to 50 feet. These riparian buffers parallel the stream pattern. Impact map must depict the footprint of the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2. The square footage of the impacts in Zone 1 or 2 must be identified in the application I have attached an example of an impact map for your convenience. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. I am off next week on vacation and will return on Thursday. Stephanie Z. Can you please provide the following details: • Please provide how many square feet is in the riparian buffer? • Is it Zone 2 only? Zone 2 is the outer 20 feet of the buffer. Zone 1 is the inner 30 feet, measured top of streambank outward. Thank you! Stephanie Z.
