Per our phone conversation today these are the dimensions I have for your existing deck:
Deck: 18.8 x 13.3= 250 square feet
Stairs: 5 x 3=15 square feet
Total: 265 square feet
• Please include an impact map for your project indicating the square feet of the porch in the buffer.
• The stream needs to be shown on the impact map.

• Show the two zones of the riparian buffer on the impact map as measured from the top of the
streambank. Zone 1 is measured 30 feet from the top of the stream bank, and Zone 2 is measured from
30 feet to 50 feet. These riparian buffers parallel the stream pattern.
Impact map must depict the footprint of the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2.
The square footage of the impacts in Zone 1 or 2 must be identified in the application

Can you please provide the following details:
• Please provide how many square feet is in the riparian buffer?
• Is it Zone 2 only? Zone 2 is the outer 20 feet of the buffer. Zone 1 is the inner 30 feet, measured top of
streambank outward.
