Completed upgrades include the installations of an influent pump station, disc tertiary filters, post aeration tank, blowers and the relocation of the flow meter and effluent sampler. Charlotte Water is in the process of hiring an engineering firm to assist in the planning/design of the remaining upgrades (surge tank, aeration basin, clarifier, sludge holding tank, etc.) listed in the AtC dated 6/5/18.
