The project is a single family subdivision, which will require filling Section
404 wetlands, for the purpose of a single road crossing, and open waters
(i.e. pond), for the purpose of discharging stormwater. At this time, a
wetland impact map is being prepared. However, attached you will find the
overall site plan, which includes the limits of Section 404 wetlands and the
pond. Also, I have attached the USACE's valid PJD, for the project. It is
anticipated that less than 0.10 acre of wetlands and 0.05 acre of open
water will be impacted to facilitate the construction of roads and installation
of infrastructure.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
