Project Location: Carteret County, at 6710 Emerald Drive, adjacent to Bogue Sound, in
Emerald Isle,
Proposed Project: Proposes to construct a boating access facility consisting of two double boat
ramps with floating platform and two piers for access, a fishing pier, three
boardwalks, bathrooms, playground, picnic area, 131 space parking, retaining
wall, two infiltration basins, two stormwater wetlands, a bulkhead associated
with proposed ramp, and a turning lane added to Emerald Isle.
