Dear Mr. Billingsley:
Attached to this letter please find a copy of the Compliance Inspection Report Form for the
inspection conducted on November 10, 2020 at the above referenced facility. The Compliance
Inspection was conducted by Randy Sipe of the Water Quality Regional Operations Section
Washington Regional Office. Mr. Dwayne Holifield with Sanderson Farms was also present and
provided valuable assistance during the inspection.
During the inspection, all the wastewater treatment, storage, and disposal components of the
facility described in Permit No. WQ0034380 were toured. The inspection also included a review
of monthly reports/recordkeeping.
The facility appears to be operating in compliance with regards to Permit No. WQ0034380
based on observations made during the inspection.
