I've begun the six step process and already came across a few things that needs to be fixed. This is in regards to NPDES
Stormwater Permit NCS000179 for Low and Bonar. When I checked the Owner Verification Report the responsible
official is incorrect. Wayne Merritt is a previous site manager. The current site manager and responsible official is
Johnny Maldonado. I have attached the Permit Owner Affliation Designation Form. Do I still need to send a hard
copy? In addition, when I checked the Stormwater Permit Summary Report it brought up a form with no information in
it. I know NC DEQ has the relevant information because you sent us a draft stormwater permit and the letter notifying
us of the eDMR changes. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
