Please find attached 2 pdf files that constitute a permit modification request from NCDOT for CAMA Major
Permit 561 to allow reconstruction of the dock at the Southport Ferry Terminal that was heavily damaged during
Hurricane Isaias. Also please find attached in WORD a document requesting your agency’s comments.

Due to the NCDOT project schedule, your agency’s comments are requested as soon as possible.
