Back of PSH is washed out 4. L-RT 687+90 a. washed out, fabric torn and displaced b. Stone filled with silt c. Hole does not have proper depth 5. Y4RPBD-RT 16+60 a. Not on PSH lost, but shown on plans b. Nice pad, remnants of fiber c. No pipe visible. Buried under Stone? 6. Y4RPBD-RT 19+50 a. Just a pile of rocks under pipe. Wrong size, no fabric, not shaped. 7. Y4RPBD-RT 23+96 a. PSH appears to be present and correct, but partially buried under silt. Fabric deteriorated 8. Y4RPBD-RT 28+00 a. PSH looks like it was constructed properly. Remnants of fabric around Stone. Silt has started washing over the Stone from significant rill in the slope above. 9. Y4RPBD-LT 34+31 a. PSH may have been built properly, however, significant sediment buildup (over 12") may have covered it. Currently the drain pipe is nearly covered with silt and only some stone is still visible. 10. Y4-LT 46+00 a. No PSH, just a short Rocky ditch leading into an actual RLD. b. PSH may have been constructed and washed out, but it appears to have been constructed as a RLD. 11. Y4-LT 43+00 a. Possibility that PSH was constructed, but it appears to have been covered with silt and small stones b. Run off is contained by vegetation 12. Y4-LT 144+90 a. Appears to be a short rock -lined ditch running into a creek. If a PSH was built, it's been washed out. 13. Y5-LT 144+90 a. Not found. Likely mislabeled as Station 144+90 doesn't appear on Y5.
