Comment: I reviewed several project impact sites along with DOT staff,Roadside and the Corps. We reviewed
Sites 2,4,5,8,11,12,11a,18 and 9. All sites were built to plans and functioningas s designed. Site 8 outlet,
which was slightly perched at the sill,was remediated several, ergo per WRC and DWR by placing
riprap at the sill to lessen the perch. It appears to be functioning well with no instability.
Vegetation/cover is flourishing in all completed areas.
