Denuded area: 0.62 acres
Dear Sir/Madam:
Please be advised that the above referenced plan has been approved by this Office. This approval is
required prior to applying for the Construction Stormwater General Permit (NCGO10000). Application
for this permit can be made at hiips:Hdeg.nc.gov/NCGOI. Please contact Chanel Hatch (980-505-5775),
Erosion Control Inspector to set up a pre -construction meeting after obtaining your Certificate of
Coverage (COC) from NCDEQ. Refer to the attached Fact Sheet for additional information. Also, this
letter gives notice required by G.S. I I3A-61.1(a) of our right of periodic inspection to ensure compliance
with the approved plan.
The Planning Department of the Town of Mint Hill is being notified of this approval by copy of this
letter. Plans that are stamped approved will be held within EPM's "approved package" for printing out as
needed. In addition, please always print out an approved set with approval stamps to be kept out at the
site.
