In order to provide more convenience, control, and security to our permiees and assist them in
processing their transacons, the Division of Water Resources is currently transioning towards
electronic correspondence. This will hopefully provide more efficient service to our permiees
and other partners and will allow us to more effecvely process and track documents. We are
wring to ask you for your approval of the transmial of documents related to your perming
and related acvies with the Division in an electronic format. Documents will be emailed to the
