Inspection Summary:
On November 4, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance with the No Exposure Certification. I met with Cecil
Whitmire on site. During the inspection, used pallets were observed stored outside and exposed to precipitation.To maintain
a status on No Exposure,these pallets shall be relocated or disposed of.
Please give the above compliance issues your immediate concern.This facility will be re-inspected on or after December 9,
2020. If these issues have not been addressed,further action will be taken.
