My contact with EEP did not mention (or I missed the point) that EEP has enough sites "in the wings"and with enough initial release credits anticipated to fill the 6-7 acre need for the airport within a year. I was not aware of the MOU requirement that obligations be met within one year. Thanks for checking in to this.
