Subject: RE: Mitigation for Macon County Airport Expansion
I am not aware of any EEP wetland mitigation projects that have been permitted in the basin in the last 5 years, which is
why I inquired about what the delay would be to fulfill the rather large obligation. My contact with EEP did not mention
(or I missed the point) that EEP has enough sites "in the wings"and with enough initial release credits anticipated to fill
the 6-7 acre need for the airport within a year. I was not aware of the MOU requirement that obligations be met within
one year.
Thanks for checking in to this.
Dave

Subject: Mitigation for Macon County Airport Expansion
Hey all, I have attached Eric Kulz's comments regarding EEP's position that they have necessary credits available and in
combination with the parameters of the MOU to cover the mitigation requirements for the Macon County Airport
Expansion project. I am soliciting your comments please. Thanks, Ian McMillan
