I just took a look at it and unfortunately Michael did not include the Required Items Checklist portion of the level
spreader supplement form. Many of the required items that I need to review the level spreader design do not seem to
he included. Can you please contact him and ask him to get me the checklist and required items?

Annette,
Back on April 14th we met to discuss the DWQ Request for More Information letter that was dated March 29, 2010 for the
Traditions Subdivision project (see attached). At that meeting, along with you and I, were Rob Weintraub and Michael
Allen. After our meeting, you requested that I send you an email when I submitted the new information for the project.
This email is to notify you that the response package was sent to your office yesterday, April 28th. If I remember correctly,
I believe you intended to review this package ASAP or sooner than the typical 30 day review period. If I misunderstood
then please let me know and I will inform Rob and Michael.
