Thank you for your review letter dated October 191h, 2020. 1 have provided a line by line written
response to each of your comments and have made the appropriate revisions/additions in the
submittal materials.
1. Original Comment 2 — The percent BUA for drainage area 2 appears to be calculated
incorrectly .............
The percent BUA has now been calculated using the on -site and off -site drainage areas. See
revised page 3 of the application and the revised simple method calculations.
2. Original Comments 8a, 16, & 22biii — compliance with State Stormwater review.......
The simple method calculations have been revised to calculate for the 1" design storm depth
using the entire built upon area within the SCM drainage areas.
3. Original Comment 8b & 22civ - The value should be based on the actual temporary ponding
depth of the I" design storm volume .....................
The actual temporary ponding depth of the 1" design storm volume is now shown on the
Supplement EZ form and stage storage calculation sheet. Revised calculations are located in the
revised report.
4. Original Comment 9 — The limits of disturbance is being used as the project area. If this is
the case, the project boundary that must be delineated with bearings and distances on the plans
is the limit of disturbance, not the property area. If you are using........

The bearings and distances have been added to the project area boundary, the limits of
disturbance line. Drainage coming into the limits of disturbance is now considered off -site
drainage and is included in SCM calculations. See sheet C-105SW.
5. Original Comment 10 -This information must be included in the main set of plans per Section
Vl, 8........ clearly identify and dimension the BUA for the project for both existing and proposed
conditions.
A sheet numbered C-105SW has been added to the main set of plans with the existing and
proposed conditions identified.
6. Original Comment 12 — This information must be included in the main set of plans per Section
Vl, 8. The entire drainage area to the SCMs should be shown on the plans....
A sheet numbered C-105SW has been added to the main set of plans with the entire drainage
areas shown. (The drainage areas are no longer shown on sheet C-105.)
7. Original Comment 22b — Please ensure that the correct design storm and design volume are
being used to show compliance with the State stormwater requirements.
The calculations have been revised to reflect the correct design storm of 1 ".
8. Original Comment 22cii —Please include the SHWT elevation, or at the very least the ground
surface elevation for borings B-5 & B-6 so that the SHWT elevations can be determined....
The SHWT elevation is now indicated by using the surface elevation the boring was taken at and
subtracting where the bore stopped, without finding water.
9. Original Comment 23 — Please ensure that PDFs of the resubmittal information is uploaded
to Laserfiche. The link to the upload page is:

• Two (2) revised complete plan sets including a new sheet page number C-105SW, also
one pdf set uploaded to Laserfiche.
• One (1) revised copy of the report with the following calculations revised, pdf of this report
uploaded to Laserfiche:
o Simple Method for runoff volume
o Stage Storage indicating peak elevation of design volumes

• One (1) copy of the Stormwater Application with page 3 revised, one copy uploaded to
Laserfiche. One copy printed and mailed.
• One (1) revised Stormwater EZ Form, pdf copy uploaded to Lasherfiche. One copy printed
and mailed.
