Info Being Supplied:
Approved JD Exhibit depicting Isolated Wetland C as shown on the Wetlands Location Survey for
Cox Living Trust, Feb 3, 2016, and the Review Boundary for Approved Jurisdictional
Determination (AJD). This exhibit does not change jurisdictional status of wetland areas not
included within the Approved JD Review Boundary. Wetland areas excluded from the Approved
JD Review Boundary have been determined to be jurisdictional 9/30/2015 and confirmed
6/11/20 (AID# SAW-2015-01990).
USACE Datasheet 10/27/20, taken within an ephemeral ditch located approximately where the
‘Tie Line’ is depicted on the Wetlands Location Survey for Cox Living Trust, Feb 3, 2016. This
data collection point location was determined in the field using a Garmin GPS Unit with a
digitized .kmz map of the Wetlands Location Survey. The point is located downgradient from the
Isolated Wetland C and upgradient from the jurisdictional Wetland A, and is shown on the
attached Exhibit A. Photos of the data collection point within the ephemeral ditch are included
in the attached Photo Sheet.
Revised Impact Map with revised acreages for impacts. The acreage for the Isolated Wetland C
(Wetland Impact #1) has been removed from the Impact Table and relabeled as ‘Isolated’. In
addition, the acreage for Wetland Impact #2 has been revised from 0.105 acres to 0.0105 acres
(one decimal place), resulting in a change of 0.0945 acres. This change is the result of
typographic error shown on the previously submitted impact map and is not a change in the
impact area.
This revision results in the following impacts:
Wetland Impacts (Permanent)
Impact Area Area (Acres)
#1 Isolated
#2 0.0150
#3 0.1060
Total 0.1165
Bold Italics = Revised 10/29/20
Temporary stream impacts total 16 lf (no change).
