That’s what I thought, but we’ve had so many different takes on that lately from the other side I wanted to check.
I appreciate you always fielding my questions and helping me out.
???? I miss being able to pop around the corner and ask my dumb questions while catching up a little bit.

Put in LF but no action on our part needed. If the 404 isn't expired yet and they renew it before that date,
then our 401 is still fine.

Rob,
Just trying to clean up my inbox from the past 30 days.
Was this something I should have put into LF Forms or just something that needs to go into LF itself?
It’s not an expired permit, but an extension request so this is one of the project types we are currently trying to clean up
a little bit.
Do you just send a letter or a new “approval” letter?
Thanks,
klc

Department of Transportation (NCDOT) on July 14, 2009, to authorize the discharge of
fill material into waters of the United States, for construction of Section A - D of the US
401 improvements (TIP No. R-2814), from SR 2044 (Ligon Mill Road) in Wake County to
SR 1700 (Fox Park Road), in Franklin County, North Carolina, and the subsequent
modifications dated June 25, 2010, December 20, 2010, November 4, 2014, December
5, 2016 and May 9, 2018. Also, please reference your July 31, 2020 letter, requesting
modification of the permit for Section C to extend the expiration date to December 31,
