This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Martin County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on Cooper Swamp, Stream Index no.25-52-1-3, Roanoke
Basin.
Existing pipes(2)@ 71"x 47"x 42' CMPA, proposed(2)@ 87"x 63"x 40' CAPA. Pipes located at N
35.786634°,W-76.866501°. Riprap will be placed on inlet and outlet pipe ends. New impact area totals 142ft2
from placement of additional riprap.
