beach dune erosion on your property. We have learned from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that a
404 permit is not required for this activity. Therefore, your file is hereby considered withdrawn.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clear Water Act to do any
work within waters of the State. Any such work within waters of the state will be a violation of North
