Please give a brief project description below.

The overall project encompasses streams and ditches throughout New
Bern and proposes repairs and debris removal to damaged structures and
clogged drainageways. Three individual project locations have been
identified as requiring immediate attention and project plans have been
developed. These projects are located adjacent to Waters Street, at the
intersection of Red Robin Lane and Trent Road, and in the Trent Village
community.
Waters Street and Trent Road streams are depicted on USGS and/or
NRCS mapping, but land use is present and ongoing prior to July 22, 1997.
Project impacts for all three sites fall below Notification thresholds;
however, notification is being provided to satisfy FEMA requirements.
Project plans and documentation are being finalized.
