I'm not sure I fully understand the "diffused flow drainage" stuff, but it sounds like it's kind of a French drain type of thing with a cap on the end of the pipe, which sounds like a reasonable way to handle it. Any concerns about a line of trees along the gravel path? I guess to make the full use of the area and fit everything that they have to plant in, they had to put them in that way. It just looks odd to see a string of beads lining the path on the plan. Of course I don't review many of these, so it may be that it's done all the time. Too, it mightjust be the scale. Kinda wish we didn't have to wait until November to plant, but... oh well. If Martin and Danny are happy, it looks good to me.
