Lia,
I have attached the site plan for the road improvements and an updated impact map. Mr. Richard Kolsch (applicant)
plans to be at the meeting on Monday so hopefully then the ownership issue can be cleared up. Additionally, I have
discussed the project with Jamie Shern, he has given us direction on which NWP to use... depending on the applicant
(Town of Apex vs. Mr. Kolsch). Therefore, we still want to meet on Monday @ 1:30 to discuss both avenues with you and
Joseph.

Attached is your acceptance letter for the Kelly Road Widening project.
The Miller Family Limited Partnership V is not listed as a corporation on the NC Department of the Secretary of State
website, nor is Richard Kolsch listed as an authorized agent of any corporation. Miller Family Limited Partnership, I, II,
and III were shown however. Do you know what the story is with that?
Also, have you heard back from Jamie Shern yet? Can you send me a site plan of the commercial development with the
proposed road widening? Joseph and I are available for a pre-app meeting on the 13th in the afternoon, on the 14th in
the morning and on the 17th at 10am. Will any of those days work for you? Hope you had a nice Mother's Day.
