The Kelly Road Daycare approved project plans show off-site improvements that were not
required to obtain site plan approval. The Town of Apex requested that the Kelly Road street
and sidewalk improvements be extended off-site north beyond Reedy Creek to connect to the
existing, similar street and sidewalk improvements for Kelly road adjacent to the Abbington
Subdivision.
