In your April 16, 2010 letter you requested additional stormwater plan information on the project
referenced above. The deadline to have the items submitted is May 16, 2010. The project
engineer is preparing the requested information but does not have it completed at this time. At
present, the engineer has
1. Completed an initial design and layout for BMPs that should meet the mandated
treatment requirements
2. Begun the process of discussing and coordinating the proposed BMP measures with
the Owner, the City of Durham, and the NCDWQ
The applicant is requesting an extension of the May 16, 2010 deadline for 60 calendar days from
the date of this letter so that the appropriate information can be compiled and submitted. If you
