We are submitting the additional information requested from the (April 5, 2010 ?) written correspondence received on May 5, 2010. We are requesting for NC Division of Water Quality (DWQ) written approval under Section 404, Clean Water Act, 33 USC 1344 and the Neuse River Buffer Rules. We have addressed your included written comments in the following paragraphs. 1. The PCN only reflected a total stream impact of 85 linear feet but not the type of impact, stream name, perennial or intermittent information. Our apologies on this discrepancy. It has been corrected and is reflected in the revised attached PCN. 2. The PCN also shows the Buffer impact box check C 1 a; yet no buffer impacts are noted in the PCN.
