of the Twelve -Month Post Injection Groundwater and Surface Water Monitoring Report (Report)
for the Trex site located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Report documents the groundwater and
surface water monitoring events following the January 2019 remedial injections of the activated
persulfate amendment. This Report is being submitted pursuant to Item #4 of the May 2017
Settlement Agreement between the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality
