Our current WRF Operational Lead (Water Resources Director) is Seann Byrd and Luncie is (and has been for years) our Director of Public Works. I'm not sure if Luncie was ever responsible for the WRF, but that definitely predates me. I can help you figure out whatever you need, I don't want to waste your time. I look forward to your call and thanks for your help! Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Ms. McCoy, It was my intention to place Randy in ownership of our Town -wide MS4 permit, as he is our new Town Manager. I honestly have no idea how Luncie was ever listed, he has never been responsible for the administration or implementation of the Ph. 11 permit. To complicate matters further, we have also recently undergone a realignment within our Town structure; the majority of those listed on the current documentation are no longer with the Town. Will this in fact change the status of our WWTP permit, as it's an individual permit with a different permit type/number? Apologies for the confusion, I'm available at your convenience to discuss via telephone, this would be hugely helpful for me. Thanks. I received an electronic request to change the Owner Affiliation for NCS000495. I have attached the form for reference. I have also attached the Owner Verification Report and the Permit Summary Report. Because I do not see Joseph D Colavito listed as the previous Owner Affiliation I wanted to verify that I am to change Luncie McNeil to Randy J Harrington. This will also affect the permit for the WWTP permit. Or was your intention to make Mr. Harrington the Facility Contact person for NCS000495? Please advise.
