This letter advises you that your project. will be accepted into the Express Review Program once the following items are received: a. The application fee of $1500.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality [stormwater management plan with five drainage areas]; b. Three (3) complete and collated copies of the Express Review Stormwater Management Plan Application [http•I/h2o enr state nc.uslncwetlands/documents/Exp Rev SWMA.pdf]; c. Three (3) copies of all supporting information pertaining to this project (site development plans, stormwater management plans, worksheets, etc.); d. One (1) original and two (2) copies of an Operation & Maintenance Agreement for the stormwater management facilities.
