This email shall serve as a request to put the ST Wooten Sneads Ferry Concrete Plant PCN on temporary hold.
The purpose for the temporary hold is to allow additional time to determine if roadway improvements required by
DOT will result in wetland impacts.
As soon as I have a final determination, I will notify you to proceed with the current application, or I will submit a
revised application.
