Corning Optical Communications -Winston-Salem Cable Plant needs to have our NCDEQ stormwater billing contact name
changed from "Accounts Payable" to "Ronica Edgerton". I was given your email address in order to effect this change.
Can you make this change or will we need to complete a form?
