Project consists of the construction of a residential subdivision and
associated infrastructure.
A pre -application meeting was conducted with Stephanie Goss with
NCDWR on 11/21/2019 (see attached Outlook calendar invite). We are
submitting this pre -filing meeting request as a courtesy since a pre -
application meeting has already been conducted.
