Existing 30"x 56'crossline pipe on SR 1845 Rosin Hill Road located
approximately 0.72 mi E of US 701. Proposed to be replaced with a 54"x
60'CMP w/HW. Existing geomorphic fall of the stream channel is too steep
to meet the burial requirement under GC 4132.We are proposing to burial
the inlet invert of the proposed pipe 1'below the streambed and set the
pipe on a 1.5%slope.This will put the outlet invert approximately 1'above
the streambed elevation.A riprap flume will be constructed in an effort to
prevent further scour and accrete sediment in the existing scour hole.
