Please give a brief project description below.

The project consists of the development of residential subdivision. A pre -
application meeting was conducted with James Lastinger with the USACE
and Paul Wojoski with NCDWR on 5/14/2020 to discuss the project. At the
pre -application meeting, it was determined that the use of bottomless
culverts within Phase I would avoid the requirement of 404/401 permits as
there were no physical impacts to jurisdictional features. I have an attached
email correspondence documenting this.
We will eventually be coming in for IP permitting for the future phases, for
which permanent stream impacts will exceed 300 If. We are not sure when
we will be applying for the IP, but are submitting the pre -filing meeting
request well in advance to avoid any delays.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
