On April 29, 2010, Annette Lucas was very helpful in sending an email requesting a Level Spreader Required Items Checklist and additional items from the checklist that were not included within our response package on April 28th. Therefore, this letter is simply a cover transmittal with the attached Required Items Checklist and additional items for Annette's review. At that meeting, along with you and I, were Rob Weintraub and Michael Allen. After our meeting, you requested that I send you an email when I submitted the new information for the project. This email is to notify you that the response package was sent to your office yesterday, April 28th. If I remember correctly, I believe you intended to review this package ASAP or sooner than the typical 30 day review period. If I misunderstood then please let me know and I will inform Rob and Michael.
