Venture Properties Group, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, Township Developers, a North Carolina limited liability company, HC AL Investors, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, and Stone Gables Apartments, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company shall be indexed Grantees to this Joinder (the "Grantees").
