Sewer Project Narrative
For
Bradford Place Subdivision — Phase 1
The proposed Bradford Place Subdivision Phase 1 is a single family subdivision with 41
lots in Phase I. This phase will generate 14,760 GPD of domestic flow. The wastewater
generated from the site will gravity flow into the existing sewer system that flows down
Eastpointe Avenue which ultimately flows to the Regency Lift Station. Regency then
pumps to the gravity outfall line that flows to the City of Rocky Mount. The wastewater
treatment plant facility that will be handling this flow is the Tar River WWTF (Permit #
NC 0030317). The permitted flow for the WWTF is 21.0 MGD (NPDES).
