receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the Clow from this project is not anticipated to
cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station
en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation
of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This
analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using
the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II
plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party.

PRomm DESCRIPTION AND NARRATIVE;
The proposed project is inside Raleigh's jurisdictional limits and is located off 8315 Old McCullers
Road. The scope of the project will include the construction of an approximately 45,979 square foot
new building project including site improvements, carpentry and maintenance shops with shop
equipment, warehouse storage equipment, a two-story administrative office wing , and HVAC,
plumbing, fire suppression system, electrical, data, audio-visual and security systems. The project is
anticipated to generate the following wastewater flows:

TOTAL = 2, 100 GP
The proposed sanitary sewer system will be comprised of approximately 609 LF of 6" DIP and 419 LF
of 8" DIP.
The new gravity sanitary sewer system will be owned, operated, and maintained by Wake Technical
College.
