Three-sided box culvert failure on SR 2514 Mitchell Dr. in Catawba during
a flood event. Culvert will be replaced with new three-sided/arch culvert in
same location on same alignment.The new culvert will be slightly longer at
the upstream side and will potentially require minor stream relocation(<10-
ft). Rip rap may be needed at the inlet or outlet as recommended by
NCDOT Hydro.
